The following are examples of repair and inspection work carried out by our team.

Llandeilo Bouncy Slide Repair

Mega slide that came to us to be tested failed on several anchor points being perished. We replaced all seven anchor points with brand-new ones.

These were made in house with industrial webbing and stainless steel D rings which are welded. A pipa certificate was issued allowing them to continue to insure the item for public use and safety.

Inflatable slide Pembrokeshire

This job here was a huge undertaking where we needed to re-stitch and reinforce the anchor points at the back of this Mega slide and back wall to platform. The stitching had failed in several places and for this inflatable Mega slide to pass its safety Pipa inspection the major repairs needed be carried out.

From start to finish the repair took over 16 hours of on hand machining and repairing. In the pictures below you can only see a small part of this big job but with perseverance and our skilled staff we were able to bring it back to its full safety ready for the season ahead. 

Anchor Point Replacement Service

A common repair that we carry out when testing if the anchor point replacement. With the castles going out so often in the summer months often are not the anchor points which are made up of webbing and a stainless steel D-ring which is welded are often hit or pulled using a crowbar or a lump hammer and when they both come in contact with each other obviously the hammer wins and the webbing perishes with a rip or tear and with having to withstand a force of 163 kg of pulling force to pass the Pipa test they must be in tip top condition please see some of the examples below.
